Surveys Results & Prize Draw Winner Announced


We recently asked you to tell us what you think of us, our services, prices and benefits. Through-out the months of November and December 2013, we had a great response rate and we’re pleased to report that the feedback we received was tremendously useful.


At the end of November, closer to the end of the year, we invited our existing and potential customers to participate in a survey about our services. This information is useful in benchmarking our service and also to make our service offer even more aligned with our customers’ requirements.  It also helps us meet our obligations under our ISO9000 registration.


We had a great response rate and I’m pleased to report that the feedback we received was very relevant. As such, I’d like to say thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and help shape the future of NDC ServoLab.


The grand prize…

To add a bit of fun and reward participants for their time, we decided to operate a prize draw – with an iPad Mini. This morning we selected the winner and our congratulations go to Assistant Engineering Manager of a Plastics Packaging Manufacturer, East Midlands. We hope that he enjoys his prize!


We thought you might like to know about some interesting findings of the surveys:


Customer Satisfaction Survey 

The results are based on NDC ServoLab’s performance over the past 12 months. Our customers were presented with a set of nine questions with five options rating us from poor to excellent. On average, we were rated 97% Excellent.


Market Analysis Survey 

We assess the relevance of our services and benefits facing the potential market also, with a set of eight questions with five options rating our services and benefits from ‘extremely important’ to ‘not important at all’. On average our services/benefits were rated 98% very important.

Regarding the most suitable quotation scheme, 55% of potential customers stated they prefer a quote based upon time and materials used, and 45% said that they preferred fixed prices quotes.


Interesting Data

18% of our customers don’t find our “Free Number Service” of much importance.
