NDC takes pride in making Customer satisfaction the No.1 priority.
Initially, I would like to thank all those that responded to our Quarter 1, 2008 Customer Survey for their time and views.
We run these surveys twice a year to gauge how we are doing and how we can improve the experience of doing business with NDC. In the past year we have continued to invest into ‘reverse engineering techniques’, fault diagnostics and load testing equipment. Additionally we are developing new software platforms that will bring even greater benefits to our customers.
Thank you once again, we appreciate the faith that our customers place in us. We hope those winners of the draw will enjoy their prizes and we hope you will all contribute to our next survey which will be posted on our website in the summer.
